Roberto Balbino is the Founder and CEO of Fintech SCB LLC, an international financial advisory firm based in Miami with offices in New York, Milan and Buenos Aires, and has been CEO of State Capital Bancorp since 2007. He was Finance Director at Colt Telecom and Fastweb after earlier roles at IBM and Vodafone. He studied at Università Bocconi.
